MEGALODON SHARK TOOTH 5.09- REAL FOSSIL NO RESTORATIONS Rare Coloring

  
This is an authentic fossilized Megalodon shark tooth that is estimated to be between 5 and 24 million years old (Miocene era). The type of rock or sediment that the tooth fossilized in determines its color. This one has a brown root and light brown/orange enamel. Rare colors for this area! It measures 5.09 inches on one side and 4.78 inches on the other (tip to root). The width at the widest part of the root is 4.03 inches and it weighs 7.3 ounces. This fossil tooth has been cleaned naturally with vinegar and has not been altered in any way. Be the 2nd person to touch this magnificent specimen! It also comes with a clear acrylic display stand. All the teeth I sell are personally recovered by my husband or me from the bottom of the ocean while diving approximately 40 miles off the coast of southeastern, North Carolina.
