5.23 Megalodon Shark Tooth. This is the massive megalodon tooth. It is a great looking tooth that weighs well over 1/2 a pound. You can tell it is from the lower jaw because of the slender dagger shape.

You see much fewer of these available as they are found much less often than teeth from the upper jaw. This is a big tooth from a very large megalodon. It has some small feeding nicks along the blade which can be seen in many of the photos.

I cleaned this tooth with only fresh water and a brush to preserve the colors as natural as possible. The process is very time consuming, but I believe it is worth the additional effort.

This is a great looking tooth to display. It has all the appeal you could ask for in a megalodon shark tooth.
