Please see all my Sharks Tooth Pendants. This gorgeous 2.07 inch Megalodon tooth has nice, well-preserved serrations and an attractive medium tannish brown color. The custom designed 24 Karat gold plated cap with bale, is accented with a modified pear-cut, faceted London Blue Topaz gem. The teeth of the giant ancient shark, Megalodon, are among the most prized specimens for the prehistoric fossil collector.

They are similar to those of today's Great White, but considerably larger. They were the largest carnivorous fish ever to have swum the oceans of our planet reaching lengths of up to 70 feet.

They lived between 1.5 to 28 million years ago.
