This listing is for a world class mako fossil shark tooth recovered from the Meherrin River in North Carolina. It is near max size for the species, measuring 2.89 inches (longest slant) and is all natural with no repair or restoration. The color is phenomenal (and teeth like this are the reason collectors love the Meherrin River). I've been collecting for quite a while, and I've never seen a more impressive Meherrin River mako.
