MEGALODON SHARK TOOTH - 6.18 in. MUSEUM GRADE Pinks & Blues Calico - SPECTACULAR Color Palette. What makes this a museum piece, other than the nice quality, is the unusual color, coupled with the excellent condition of the specimen. It would be considered a calico tooth by many collectors, with dark blue replacing the blacks.

The river of origin is most likely southeastern South Carolina/Northern Georgia. However, the exact river is unknown, as the finder died before revealing the location of the unusual find. Only a handful of this unusual color have ever been offered for sale.

This excellent tooth is unrepaired, as verified by non-natural light sources.
