Estimated 2 to 14 million years old. SIZE: 2 & 9/16 - 70 mm. It is a nice Blue Bone Valley Megalodon tooth. The root is nice and solid and has one root lobe repaired (it has just been broken and re-glued, no other restoration). The enamel is nice and Blue and it has a white Bourlette.
It has sharp and visible serrations. This is a very nice sized Bone Valley tooth. Bone Valley teeth are fossilised in Phosphate which gives them their characteristic colours of blue, orange, green etc with a white root. Collecting has been banned in the mines for a few years now so the teeth are getting rarer and rarer especially good quality teeth. It has no repairs or restoration.
