This Massive MEG was discovered approximately 40 miles off the coast of Wilmington, NC, lying at a depth of 120 feet beneath the surface. Its dimensions are truly massive, measuring right at the midpoint between 5 & 13/16 and 5 & 7/8 inches, making it a true monster in size. Its weight matches its grandeur, tipping the scales at a hefty 14.2 ounces, comparable to the weight of a brick in your hand.
